Review the contacts Relatable found for you
A ranked queue of people from your inbox and calendar you haven't organized yet — skim the top, ignore the rest.
You talk to people over email and on your calendar who never made it into a sphere. This is where Relatable shows you who they are.
Why it matters
You are not expected to clear this list. Most of it will just sit there, and that's fine. It isn't a to-do list, it's a safety net, so the person you've been emailing back and forth with for a month doesn't quietly stay invisible to the rest of Relatable.
Instead of scrolling through everyone, the people you're actually exchanging messages with float to the top, so five minutes of skimming catches the ones who matter.
How it works
When Relatable notices someone new in your inbox or calendar, it ranks them by how actively you're talking with them, not just how often their name shows up. People you're having real back-and-forth conversations with rise to the top; a mailing list you opened once doesn't. For some of them, Relatable also proposes a sphere it thinks they belong in, based on patterns already in your account, for you to confirm or change.
How to use it
- Open the queue: on the web, this lives on the Database page; on mobile, it's on the Dashboard tab.
- Skim the top: focus on the people ranked highest. Those are the ones you're actively exchanging messages with right now.
- Accept a suggestion: if Relatable proposes a sphere, accept it to add the person there in one click.
- Pick a different sphere: if the suggestion isn't right, choose the sphere you actually want instead.
- Ignore the rest: leave everything below the top. That's the intended way to use this.
- Bulk actions: select several rows at once when you want to move faster than one at a time.
- Or move even faster with the Spheralizer: launch it from the top of the Database page or the Uncategorized page. It shows one contact at a time, full screen, so you can place them in a sphere or skip to the next without the table around it.
Good to know
- Nobody clears this queue completely, and you're not supposed to try. Skim the top, act on the people who matter, and let the rest sit.
- Relatable already screens out obvious noise, like mailing lists and one-off senders, before you ever see this list.
- Sphere suggestions aren't available on every account yet. If you don't see them, you can still add anyone here to a sphere yourself.
- Accepting or ignoring a suggestion doesn't delete anything; the person stays reachable whenever you decide to organize them.
- The Spheralizer is the fastest way to burn through a long queue: one contact on screen at a time, place them or skip, repeat.
