Whiz is the fastest way to get something done in Relatable. Type or say what you want, and it does the work.
Why it matters
Most of what Relatable does, you could also do by clicking through menus. Whiz skips that. You tell it what you need in plain language, and it finds the contact, drafts the email, sets the reminder, or builds the sphere itself. It's not a search bar. It acts.
How it works
Whiz is a chat, available on the web and as the first screen you see when you open the mobile app. Behind the scenes it can look up contacts, create and update them, draft and send email, manage reminders, and sort uncategorized contacts into spheres. It answers with real links to the actual people and spheres it's talking about, so you can jump straight to them. On mobile, you can also speak to it or hand it a photo, including a business card.
How to use it
Open Whiz and try asking it something. Some good ones for day one:
- "Who have I fallen out of touch with?"
- "Add Poly Styrene to my Close Friends sphere"
- "Draft a follow-up email to Milo about yesterday's call"
- "What do I know about Debbie Harry?"
- "Remind me to check in with Henry in two weeks"
- "Move the people I added this morning into my Prospective Clients sphere"
- "Create a sphere for my book club with a monthly cadence"
On the web, Whiz has its own space in the app. In the mobile app, it's the tab you land on first, and you can hold the microphone to speak instead of type.
Good to know
- Whiz won't guess who you mean. If a name could match more than one contact, it checks first.
- Ask it to draft an email and it hands you something ready to edit and send from the composer.
- It reads what you attach, including PDFs and photos, which is how a business card becomes a contact.
- The more specific you are, the better: naming the person or sphere beats a vague request.
