Whiz is the assistant built into Relatable. Type or say what you want, in plain language, and it does the digging, the filing, and often the doing.

Why it matters

Most tools make you learn where things live: which tab holds notes, which button adds a reminder, which menu creates a contact. Whiz skips that. You say what you want, and it finds the person, pulls up what you know about them, or takes the action for you.

The result is less time managing the tool and more time actually reaching out to people.

How it works

Whiz reads your message, works out what you're asking, and calls on the same actions the rest of Relatable uses: it searches your contacts, opens a profile, creates or updates a contact, adds a note or a reminder, drafts or sends an email, or moves someone out of your uncategorized contacts and into a sphere. Anything Whiz mentions — a person, a sphere — comes back as a clickable link straight to the real record, so you can jump in and check its work.

How to use it

  1. On the web: open Whiz from its panel alongside your dashboard and contact profiles.
  2. In the mobile app: Whiz is the tab you land on when you open the app.
  3. Type a note, record a voice note, snap a photo, or upload a file — Whiz takes any of them. A photograph of a business card or a page of notes, or a PDF, becomes a new contact or a note, the same as if you'd typed it.
  4. Whiz replies with what it found or did, with clickable links back to the people and spheres involved. Click or tap through to confirm.

Good to know

  • Whiz can only act on people and spheres it can find first — if a name is ambiguous, it asks which one you mean.
  • You can type, record a voice note, snap a photo, or upload a file — a business card, a page of notes, a PDF — on the web and in the mobile app.
  • Photo and file reading works from anything you attach in a message, on web or mobile.
  • Whiz shows a short status message while it works through a multi-step request.
  • When you've been idle a while, Whiz surfaces a few suggested prompts — overdue follow-ups, upcoming birthdays, contacts still uncategorized — so you don't have to think of something to ask.
  • With AI dossiers turned on, Whiz can also answer fuzzy questions across everything it knows about your network, not just direct facts.
