Relatable on your phone keeps your network with you, not just at your desk.
Why it matters
The moment you're most likely to think of someone, run into them, or want to jot down a note, is rarely at your laptop. The mobile app is built for those moments: quick to open, quick to capture, and quick to get back out of.
How it works
The mobile app is built around three tabs: Whiz, which is what you see first; Dashboard, your reminders and suggestions on the go; and Database, your full contact list. A quick-capture button adds a note, a contact, or a task in a few taps, by typing or by holding the microphone to speak.
How to use it
- Download Relatable from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can also find both links from Account settings → Apps on the web, if it's easier to grab them from your laptop.
- Sign in with the same account you use on the web.
- Allow notifications when asked, so reminders and suggestions can reach you.
- Get familiar with the three tabs: Whiz, Dashboard, and Database.
Good to know
- In the mobile app's Settings, two toggles connect your phone's address book: Import phone contacts brings your device contacts in, and Sync Relatable to phone contacts writes your Relatable contacts back out. Both are off by default.
- You can speak to Whiz instead of typing, and hand it a photo of a business card to turn it into a contact.
- The app needs a connection to load your data; it doesn't work offline yet.
- You can turn notifications off later in your phone's system settings if you change your mind.
