Browse and edit contacts on your phone
Search your whole network, filter by sphere, and edit a contact right from your phone.

Why it matters
You're at dinner, or waiting for a call, and you want a name, a title, or a reminder of what you talked about last time. Digging through email or another app for it kills the moment. Having your whole network searchable and editable from your phone means the right detail is always close by.
How it works
The contacts tab is your full directory: search by name, filter down to a specific sphere, and scroll through everyone you know. Tap anyone to open their detail view, where you'll find their past interactions, your notes, and any open reminders. From there, you can edit their details right in the app, the same editor Quick Capture uses to create a contact in the first place.
How to use it
- In the mobile app: tap the Contacts tab.
- Search by name to jump straight to someone, or filter by sphere to browse a specific group.
- Tap a contact's card to open their detail view.
- Scroll their profile to see interactions, notes, and reminders tied to them.
- Tap edit to update anything, name, details, sphere membership, right from the detail view.
Good to know
- Search and the sphere filter work together, so you can search within a filtered group.
- The contact list loads as you scroll, so it stays fast even with a large network.
- Editing a contact here uses the same editor as Quick Capture, so anything you fill in is saved the same way.
- If a contact photo hasn't loaded yet, a placeholder shows briefly while it caches.
