Write an email to anyone in your network without leaving the app, and it lands on their profile the moment it sends.

Why it matters

An email you send from inside Relatable does two things at once: it reaches the person, and it becomes the record of the conversation you'd otherwise have to remember on your own. You don't have to keep a mental list of who you already followed up with — the timeline keeps it for you.

Sending this way also closes the loop automatically. If you had a reminder to check in with someone, actually messaging them clears it. Nothing to check off by hand.

How it works

When you write an email in Relatable, it goes out through your own connected Gmail or Outlook account, so it arrives looking like it came straight from you, and it lands in your Sent folder too. Relatable logs it to that contact's profile the second it sends, updates when you last reached them, and, if a reminder was waiting on this exact person, marks it done.

How to use it

  1. On the web: open a contact's profile and start a new email, or ask Whiz to draft one for you.2. Write your subject and body, start from a saved template, or click AI draft inside the composer and describe what you want. Pick a tone and Whiz fills in a subject and body for you to edit. Attach files or drop images straight into the message. See Draft an email with Whiz and Save and reuse email templates.
  2. Add cc or bcc if you need to loop someone in, and choose whether to include the contact's related contacts on the send.
  3. Turn on open tracking if you want to know when they've read it.
  4. Send now, or choose Send later to pick a date and time. You can edit or cancel a scheduled email any time before it goes out.

Good to know

  • Relatable caps outgoing email at 300 per user per day, across every kind of send.
  • Open tracking accuracy depends on your email provider — some mail clients block the tracking image, so a low open count doesn't always mean nobody read it.
  • A scheduled email that fires still auto-completes a matching reminder, the same as sending right away.
  • Deleting a scheduled email before it sends cancels it. Nothing goes out.
